Hylton Daniel Design + Construction is a full-service design-build firm led by Alicia Hylton-Daniel, the lead designer and licensed general contractor. Together with her husband, Roger Daniel, they specialize in mid- to large-scale residential projects that emphasize architectural integrity and curated interior design.

 

As an intentionally small firm, their focus is on delivering best practices and seamless coordination from design through construction. Their portfolio includes large-scale historic renovations and thoughtfully designed modern ground-up builds that pay homage to iconic architectural styles.

In addition to client work, the company manages four short-stay Airbnbs and seven long-term rental homes—each personally designed by Alicia—located in the heart of downtown Durham.
